| This Attachment describes the SquareAuction Refer-a-Friend Program. |
|
| This Attachment is in conjunction with ARTICLE 2 of SquareAuction Terms and Conditions and is an inseparable part of this agreement. |
|
| SquareAuction offers to its registered user and paid members the following "Refer-a-Friend" program: |
- YOU will be credited with Square(s) after a referred by YOU user will place at least one bid at one of the SquareAuction auctions. The amount of credited Squares is depending on YOUR Refer-a-Friend program.
- The number of users to be referred is unlimited.
- The steps that must be done in order to participate in the "Refer-a-Friend" program:
- Become a "Regular User" or a "Paid Member" of the SquareAuction
- Refer YOUR friends to us by submitting their e-mails at the Refer-a-Friend web page. As a result of submission an e-mail with a link in it will be sent to those addresses. YOU will become a referrer of YOUr friend(s) at the moment the person(s) will register at SquareAuction by clicking the link in the e-mail.
- The e-mail addresses that YOU submit will not be used for any other purpose except the specified above.
- The participation in Refer-a-Friend program is free of charge.
